First Order Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on your first order, with no minimum purchase required.
Standard Shipping Rates
For all subsequent orders:
- Orders over $70: Free standard shipping.
- Orders under $70: $8 flat shipping fee
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return unopened product pouches within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the individual pouches must be unopened and in the same condition that you received them.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refund Amounts
Our refund structure allows you to try up to 2 pouches from a 7-pack risk-free:
- Full Refund: If you return 5 or more unopened pouches from a single pack, we will issue a full refund for that pack.
- Partial Refund: If you return fewer than 5 pouches, we will refund $5.00 per unopened pouch returned.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
