What exactly is Numello?
Numello is the Crunchy Protein Shake — a single-serve pouch with a creamy protein base and real crunchy toppings built right in. Just add water or milk, shake for a few seconds, and enjoy. No blender, no shaker bottle, no mess.
What gives it the "crunch"?
Real toppings — depending on the flavor, that includes Toasted Oat Cereal, Cocoa Crisps, Chocolate Protein Balls, Milk Protein Crisps, Cookie Crumbles, and Fish Collagen Puffs.
How do I prepare it?
Add cold water or milk up to the fill line on the back of the pouch (approx. 140–150ml), seal it, shake for 3–5 seconds, and enjoy. The fill line takes the guesswork out — no measuring required.
How does the crunch stay crunchy?
By keeping the premium toppings dry and separate from the protein base inside the pouch, the crunch is fully preserved until the moment you add liquid.
Do I need a blender or shaker bottle?
Nope. The pouch itself is the shaker. Seal, shake, sip — that's it.
Do I need to refrigerate the pouches?
No — pouches are shelf-stable and don't need refrigeration before opening. Toss a few in your bag, your desk drawer or your carry-on.
Can I mix it and save it for later?
For the best experience, drink it immediately after shaking. If left too long, the crunchy toppings will absorb the liquid and go soggy — and that defeats the whole point.
Can I freeze it?
Yes — and it's worth trying. With water, you get a light, refreshing protein sorbet. With milk, it becomes a rich, creamy cold treat. Mix it and freeze for 2–3 hours.
Can I take Numello on an airplane?
Yes. Because the contents are dry powder, Numello is TSA-friendly and safe to pack in carry-on luggage. One less thing to worry about at security.
Does it expire?
Each pouch stays fresh for up to 18 months from the manufacturing date. Check the bottom of the pouch for the best-before date.

Is Numello just a protein shake?
Not even close. Most protein shakes stop at protein — we didn't. Every Numello pouch is packed with 20g of protein, 6g of fiber, collagen peptides and a functional multivitamin and mineral blend. It's designed to cover more nutritional ground than a standard protein shake, without tasting like one.
How does Numello compare to a meal replacement?
Numello is designed as a high-protein snack, not a meal replacement — but it punches well above its weight nutritionally. Each pouch contains a full multivitamin and mineral blend on top of the protein, fiber, and collagen, so you're getting meaningful nutritional support in every serving, not just a macro hit.
Is it filling enough as a snack?
Yes — and there's science behind it. Chewing triggers satiety signals in the brain that liquid-only shakes simply can't replicate. The crunchy toppings in Numello mean your brain actually registers that you've eaten something, which helps keep you fuller for longer compared to a regular protein shake.
What are the key nutritional stats per pouch?
Each pouch contains approximately 20g of protein, 6g of fiber, less than 4g of sugar, and around 200 calories. For flavor-specific nutrition facts, check the individual product pages.
What sweeteners do you use?
We use a blend of Allulose, Stevia and Sucralose to keep sugar content low without compromising on taste.
Is it gluten-free or keto-friendly?
No — Numello is not currently gluten-free and is not considered keto-friendly.
Does it contain caffeine?
The Choco Crunch flavor contains cocoa powder, which naturally has small amounts of caffeine — but it is not an energy drink. The Peanut Cookie Crumble flavor does not contain caffeine ingredients.

Why is "Fish" listed as an allergen?
Our Fish Collagen Puffs topping contains hydrolyzed collagen derived from carp and tilapia.
Is Numello a meal replacement?
No — it's designed as a high-protein snack to bridge the gap between meals, not to replace one. That said, with a full multivitamin and mineral blend, collagen peptides, 20g of protein, and 6g of fiber in every pouch, it does a lot more nutritional heavy lifting than your average snack.
